Ease into it, nothing happens over night, try working 4 hours and then build on that... take it slow, try getting a job that is not too taxing on ur body, maybe something where u can sit & not have 2 stand all day!

Are you creative? Do you do crafts? Can you make brochures on your computer? Can you type term papers for college students? Why not start with something like this where you can earn a living but also work where you can be comfortable?

im diabetic and i dont sleep anymore now than before, thats just an excuse, get your sugar under control and you wont be sleepy. if you are working its easier to stay awake than sitting at home and it might help you get a little more exercise.
