Yes. M. Knight tries to hard to make a sentimental childrens fairy tale, and instead makes an overcooked wet sopping mess. The actors are all terrible - with the exception of Paul Giamatii. M. Knight is trying so hard to become a serious actor, he makes himself out to be the savior of the world in this movie. And then he, as a director, has some kind of wierd infatuation with the leading lady - Bryce Dallas Howard. Everyone in the movie gushes about how beautiful she is, when in reality she just looks like a bleached eyebrow freak. She was also in his last movie, the village, which again reinforces the akward he's-got-the-hots-for-her thing again. All in all, it was a soup sandwhich - sloppy, and unsatisfying.

i imagine this guy cares little or no for what critics imagine. He makes the action picture he needs to make, even if he thinks it will be common or no longer. i actually trust this. Many idea Unbreakable replaced into ridiculous, yet I loved it. He basically does what he needs. I loved female contained in the Water, too, did not like it, yet truly you will see that that it basically seems stupid and infantile to various action picture goers. fable is a grey area and in case you count too a lot on the fable and a lot less on the human ingredient, it would not artwork for human being visitors, and that i imagine this action picture replaced into geared in route of adults. the authentic replaced into truly of a enable down, with the eagle and all (the area depending too a lot on fable), and that i imagine it truly is the position it truly missed with critics, and different aspects of the tale may have executed so besides. So, they could no longer like the tale, yet i imagine the critics might want to keep in mind that he tells a tale visually as sturdy as every person, and makes use of suspense besides as every person, it is finally supplies his video clips credence for me. it truly is watchable because the filmmaking is specialist.

I didn't enjoy it very much it was pretty boring. I don't think it is the worst movie i ever seen but it sucked a little. It shocked me M. Night Shyamalan failed once again at a movie because i think he is a great writer. I admire most of his work. He acts in all of his movies & he is a great actor but he keeps going in the wrong direction with his flicks. I don't think he could ever top the sixth sense anyhow!

Yes, worse than I expected
At the beginning, i knew that it must be a rubbish movie. However, it is far worse than I expected.
Even though my tickets is free of charge, i still feel regret to go to watch this movie because it is wasting my time.

it's kinda cool but not as good as it probably could have been. Bryce Dallas Howard was great in the Village but this wasn't any good for her.... didn't like her at all in this one. I just think she was out of the element. Paul G did do okay I just wish it was more of him.
