i was hospitalized at 31.5 weeks for preterm labor - 2 cm dilated and 25 percent effaced. they sent me home on bedrest with a bottle of trebutaline.
past couple of days i have had a clear watery dischrge - no gush or trickle though. i have pelvic pressure and major pelvic soreness. braxton hicks are between 7 and 25 minutes apart. and lower back pain. i have contractions all day usually around 3 an hour. i am afraid that i might be in preterm labor again. thank god i have made it to almost 35 weeks, but still..... a little nervous. what do you think?

I believe that these could be signs of early labour or impending labour. The clear watery discharge can be normal, but because you are feeling lower back and pelvic pressure with your contractions I would be inclined to say that you should get checked.
I know you are probably very worried about your baby. I have been to several births where babies have been born at or around 35 weeks. All have been just fine.
Have a warm cup of tea, take an hour to relax and get your stuff together. Have hubby give you a gentle massage, light a candle and just try and focus. If at that time you are still experiencing pressure you should have it checked. There is no harm in finding out for sure. Take care

I was in the same boat as you. I had to go back every week for about 4 weeks before they let me have the baby. Each time, they would give me a different medication which would, after about a week, stop working. Also, when I went to the hospital each week (usually on Sunday nights...talk about a crappy Monday morning) I would have to stay overnight hooked up to and IV with fluids and more medication. Finally, on that fourth week, I came in and they hooked me up to fluids and I was 3 cm. They put in some medication to calm me down and put me to sleep, and I woke up 7 cm and they were ready to start delivering. They had also given be steroids for lung development about two weeks prior to actually giving birth, so you might want to ask about that just in case. My baby was 7lbs 1oz and perfectly healthy. Don't worry about it too much. Your baby just wants out! The doctors will take care of you and your unborn.

You should definately go in and see, or at least call your doctor. At thirty five weeks, your baby would be fine if you were in labor. Always think better safe than sorry when it comes to pregnancy. I feel your pain about bed rest. I was on it for a month. Good luck with your delivery. You are about to go through one of the scariest, but most wonderful experiences of your life! You will have a gift from heaven once it is over, and you forget all about the pain. Good luck! And welcome to the motherhood club!

35 weks is not exactly dangerous but ur baby may even be distressed. please just call the hospital again let us know how it goes!

Yes, I would say you are in labour. Don't panic at it being early. My son was born 13 weeks early and is now a healthy 5 year old. At 35 weeks, these days it's just as good as full-term. Good luck

call your doctor immediately. If you are in preterm labor again, you need to be seen asap. That clear discharge could be amniotic fluid leaking- but i do know that clear discharge is common, i had it too. But just to be safe, call your doctor!

You need to go to the doctor and let them check to see if the clear fluid is amniotic fliud. - AKA - your water breaking. If it has already broken, then the baby will need to be delivered usually within 24 hours to keep infection chances down.
What ever the case, you should at least call your doctor and ask him/her what he/she wants you to do.
My best to you and your new bundle of joy.

I would get to the hospital to be assessed as soon as possible.
If you're not ready they can at least make you more comfortable.
