It would never reach the other side. Gravity doesn't pull things from North to South but towards the center of mass which would still be the center of the Earth more-or-less. If it could stay a rock for that long it would stop at the center... of course it couldn't because it would melt back into magma before it got very far at all. Not to mention that you can't have a hole going straight through the Earth in the first place it would collapse under the immense pressure and quickly refill with the near-liquid magma that surrounds our core.

There are various ways to calculate this, but there are a lot of assumptions you have to consider -- are you talking the real earth or an can you make assumptions such as uniform density, ideal spheres, no air resistance, and so on. If you dropped it would make it to the other side, but without a set of assumptions, I cannot calculate time.

One of the toughest parts is correcting for decreasing gravitational pull as you approach the center.

Acceleration due to gravity is ~9.8 m/s^2. The earth radius is ~6378000 m. x = 1/2 at^2. To reach the center of the earth would take:

sqrt(6378000 * 2/9.8) ~ 1141 s.

The reverse trip out the other side would be the same time, so total ~ 2282 s.

diameter of the earth pole to pole is about 7,900 miles. estimated terminal velocity of rock is 100 mph. so it would take about 79 hours.

assuming that it was possible to do, and ignoring many factors,
the rock would never come out of the hole at the south pole. it would come close to the end of the hole, then it would fall back. it would oscillate back and forth many trips, finally ending up at the center of the earth.
