Sorry but what you are talking about is pokemon FR (fire red) and LG (leaf green) nothing els for gba system. But how to get it in FR and LG is you beat the eleat 4 then go to the town where the gym leader is Misty then go North or up pased the bridge then go west or right then south or down then gowest or right until a cave hole with a guy leting you go pased and in that cave should be at level 70 is MEWTWO. But do NOT use your master ball use it on ENTA (if chose bulbsar) SUICUNE(if chose charmander) and RIKO(if chose squrtell).

walk into the space center. keep walking till you run into someone. that man you ran into, you have to talk to him. he will say ''the rocket has launched into space thats succesful launch number '' and he will say a number. when that number reaches 100 go to the back of the space center (outside the space center) where the rocket is and they will let you on. also when you get to space jirachi is waiting and may deoxys... this works for all the version.

beat the elite 4 then go to pacifidlog surf east and go up through rocks into the cave thats there you will need a mach bike and i also suggest you bring about 10 super repels and about 5 ultra balls and once you get to the top press "A" on raquazas body and he will battle you but make sure your poke'mon are level 70's because thats what level he is

All you have to do is, go near the sea, activate the fishing rod(any one of the rods).
If the dots do not appear try it again. Once the dots start to appear, wait, press A immediately once you see the word which comes after the dots(I just forgot the word). Keep doing this till you see the message that a pokemon's on the hook.
