Well, Innovative and risky decisions will generate.Specify age of children.OK I assume 08-12 years.
i. They will make decisions what they like rather than what others.
ii. There may be a fight over simple issues.
iii. Rules regarding fancy candies,chocolates,cakes,cookies etc
will be made more liberalized.
iv. Adults will hammer their Heads for certain decisions taken.
v. Fun places will increase.
vi. Not to forget about great wars in simple meaningless issues.

Things would be about the same. Leaders of countries throw tantrums (e.g., North Korea) and behave like children all the time. Many need a good spanking.

didn't we already? i just figure adults were supposed to be wiser and more mature than these children we have in office now.
(and before anyone starts it, i don't like republicans or democrats, or most of the alternatives. in fact, i don't like politicians generally.)
