Go outside and walk around. Sunlight actually improves your mood, and excercise reduces stress.

Believe it or not, a lot of aerobics will help you improve your mood. Sadness will take some time to go away. If you are spending a lot of time crying and can't get over this feeling, then go visit a therapist just to share your experiences with. It will help a lot, I promise. Don't take any over the counter meds for this because they might have a bad reaction. I know, however, that B vitamins improve your energy level and also help you sleep better at night. Take care of yourself and try and find some hobby. ( easy to say, but hard to do sometimes). Best wishes to you.

Do some jobs around home that you've been putting off. You'll get a feeling of accomplishment from that. Pick up a book that you've been meaning to read. Call a friend or family member you haven't heard from in a long time. Take a walk in a pretty park or wooded area. Listen to the birds.

listen to happy music, even from childhood, watch old movies you enjoyed when you were younger, dance, take a walk and watch the clouds or birds or something. go to a park and watch kids playing, send someone a funny greeting card just because, even an e card. Take up a painting class even if you are lousy you might have fun. donate time to an animal shelter, or at a nursing home, nothing helps like helping others. hugs, best of luck to you.

Hi there!Yeah sadness can get out the most from us,Hmm when I m sad I do the opposite,I try activities that are jolly and active!Attitude helped me during times of depression, exercise helps too, good friends with lots of laughter eases the sadness,a busy day keeps it out of my mind. It's natural to feel sad but it's not advisable to dwell on it!A positive mental attitude! What's making you sad?Have you tried praying/meditating/more long term remedies?Sometimes it's our hormones as well affecting our moods. If our estrogen or progesterone levels are not balanced it can cause emotional imbalance.Hope it helps. Will be praying for you...Cheer up dear!

Try to focus on what you have to be thankful for could be one.
Take a hot bubble bath first.
Maybe have a glass of wine if you can handle alcohol.
Be around family and friends as much as possible!
Talk to Someone you can trust!

Sports, reading, church, pray, talk to a friend, sing, give thanks, act crazy with some friends, dance, live a Little, look up some new places you would like to go some day, or food to eat some day, a goal to look forward to, like what what can i do to make some one happy. helping others always help me forget about my own problems.

hope some of these will help. good luck!
