If you can't save it from online, then you should use an screen capture program. Wisdom Soft Autoscreen recorder is good, but I think its only a 15 or 30 day trial.

Download & install VLC media player from net it is free. You go to wizard mode where the vlc media player gives you the option to transcode into a file from a streaming network. You can save the file in any format as you like and it is pretty good and free also.

You need a TV Tuner Card or Video Card that supports either S-Video Input if your TV has S-Video output, and the card usually comes with a Audio Splitter to plug into your tv and computer. Look up "AverMedia" and "Hauppauge"
