I've sent the complaints to the customer service department about this cashier who makes racist remarks and sometimes trick people who are not caucasians into pay more or not reducing sale price. And last time I was victimized by her she didn't scan the security sticker so that the detector gate alarm to go off. She thinks she is funny with manipulating other people with such obviously sick trick. How can I revenge on this psychotic biatch?

I haven't heard from the customer service department of any response. It seems like they don't believe it. :-(

I'm living in toronto and this store is one of the largest drug store called Shoppers.
This is the nearest where I live where I could buy not only medications but all kinds of necessities including food products
.
If I don't go there it means she gets her way of getting rid of people with colors. That's why it bothers me. Now I'm even misunderstood as a shoplifter, I'm really devastated. I wish I could do something about it to catch this cashier live on her sneaky actions.

Skip customer service and go directly to management. If you can't see the manager in person send a letter to the main office. You can get the addresses and phone numbers on-line. You may also want to make a report to the Better Business Bureau.

The next time you need something go to their competitor, save your receipt make a copy and go to that store ask that cashier to get her manager then give him the receipt informing him that he lost his sale bc his neglecting to address the issue.
Racisim as any discrimination is a serious offense and should not be tolerated.
Always remember; racism is only proof of that persons ignorance, also the best revenge on that behavior is a good life!

Contact the main headquarters. Most have a "customer care" department. You will not be taken seriously until you get the highest level involved. Also, contact your local television station and see if they would be interested in doing an undercover investigative report. It's the only way, especially if a "good ole boy" system is in place at this establishment.

well you sent your complaints to the customer service that is a good step
for me you should not really try to get even with this racists
you are far more intellectual and better than this person
someday someone will give her what she deserves
let it not be you
you are far more dignified do not take revenge on her it would be wiser not to level yourself with this garbage cashier girl

What country do you live in? In NZ we have citizen advice beauras where you can get free help ... they will contact the appropriate people who will follow up on the storekeeper. Maybe there is a place like this in your country?

Can you quit going to the store? If not, can you quit getting in her line, refuse to let her serve you? Money talks, that's all I can say.

I would talk to the manager in person, and if that doesn't make any change happen, let them know you are going to file a police report and then do so. Good luck with this.

I write or call the home offfice and ask if they have a policy of giving Mexicans preferential treatment, and brushing off their white customers.

you should ask her right there and then to speak to the manager. if she will ignore that, find another sales lady and ask to speak to the manager.
