when playing yahoo cribbage i cannot view others profiles like i used to be able to.?

i click on the players name while playin, to learn a little more about them, then i click on the profile button and the little grey box just disappears, it used to work just fine but now it doesn't,

The profile box is a "popup". You will need to ensure that your popup blocker is not turned on otherwise you will not be able to check out anothers profile
