im very flirty and everything but when it gets serious i just hate it and start to run.

either you have a fear of getting hurt by someone cos its happenned to in the past. or you are scared to get close to someone, cos your scared it will change you life, and you enjoy your life the way it is. you also enjoy your freedom, especially the freedom to flirt with whomever you like without feeling guilty. these are just some theories though. ui suggest you just have fun being who you are.

could B lotz of things, afraid of commitment, afraid of rejection, or maybe just the fear of not knowing what will happen if U take that road. Live life a little and take a chance, you'll never know if U don't try it

Have you asked yourself if you are ready for a relationship? If you aren't ready for it, don't try aiming for it. Instead aim for something you can do and go higher. If you aren't ready for a relationship don't rush into one. So when you are ready, you won't run away but instead run towards it.
