No dude, the industry doesnt work like that. You have to contact production companys. And pitch them ideas. Spielberg just makes movies. Unless he wants to produce his own idea, he wont go reading emails for ideas. One of the most sucessful directors in film history and you think he's just sitting around out of ideas?

If you're seriously considering pitching a movie, do not send your idea to Steven Spielberg.
Like I said in your last question, email a studio or find an agent.

If you're a nobody as far as Hollywood's concerned (and by asking this question here, that pretty much removes all doubt) you should try moviepitch.com. The guy who runs this has been featured in Entertainment Weekly recently and who knows where else. I doubt they'd write a fairly long article on a con artist so it should be safe.
