Ya I like my job. I travel all over the world and go to the places that no one else wants to go, and kill whoever I see there.

I work at a hospital. I register the patients for the Emergency Room, and I answer the phones.

I really like my job. I feel that my job is important. When someone comes in to the hospital, I am the first person they see. When the patient is upset, scared, angry, or confused, I am the first person who has a chance of treating the patient. Granted, I can't do anything medically, but sometimes the way a patient is handled can make a huge difference in their recovery. Plus, I've grabbed my share of gauze and ice packs.

My job has lots of great things about it. I work with great people, I get to meet lots of interesting people, I have really good friends here, and I get pretty good pay. About the only thing I dislike is when rude, nasty people come in, but you'll have that with any job that encounters the public.

I didn't go to college for my job, but I had lots of experience in other jobs that qualified me. Also, I never lost my typing skill that I picked up in high school. I also know my way around a computer, and I had some kickass training in how to handle the public when I worked at a JCPenney in Indianapolis. They put you through a week-long class before you ever see the sales floor.

I've been at my job for almost six years now, and the reason I stay is that I feel that I'm doing something important. My job matters.

I'm a stay at home mom now. My last job was commercial cleaning, which most days I liked. I didn't have a boss standing over my shoulder(actually I rarely saw her), I got to talk to people in the factory all day long. I just took it because I needed a job really bad and thought I would get something better but ended up working there for 1 1/2 years. I had like 6 hours work I was expected to get done in 4 hours. So with raising 4 children(one that was 1 1/2 at the time)me and my husband decided it would be better for me to just stay home with the kids.

I breed Miniature Siberian Huskies and am restarting an old farm for agro tourism purposes here in WNC.
I LOVE WHAT I DO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
In our dealings we have come across folks that are nuts who don't believe people should have pets and have been harrassed.
I was in academically gifted classes in jr high and high school, I quit at 15 illegally I know, got my GED, and got married. We moved to a farm and here we are now.
Honestly, I've never been impressed with the cookie cutter education offered in colleges. I tried attending but felt horribly guilty paying people so I could memorize facts, write reports and then forget everything and move on while nearly suffering nervous break downs and feeling like I was being programmed. College is a cruel joke.

I am the assistant to the regional HRO. I recently got promoted and I do love my job. It offers a wider perspective as opposed to my previous position hence it does not become boring or routine. I did study part of it in college and I intend to go back and complete the other part but with addition to other qualification to make me flexible in the employment industry.

restaurant, shift manager.

it's not bad, but not exactly what i plan on doing long. i don't like the attitudes of people (employees and customers), the simple lack of common sense (again, employees and customers). i definitely didn't study for it in college. i kinda fell into it.

however the free food is fairly nice. helps a lot. plus there are customers and some employees that make it ok.

I love my job. I am a senior analyst. I have an MBA in finance. I sorta fell into it. After finishing my masters I got the job from a friend who was leaving the company to start her own business.
