Yes, but the period is usually lighter than usual. I think the chances of being on the pill, having a period, and being pregnant are really, really, slim. Get a pregnancy test from the store to make sure. Also, I do not believe taking the pill will hurt the baby if you are pregnant. Don't stop taking it until you are sure you are pregnant, unless you want to get pregnant.

Yes, this is possible. It happened to me. I had my period for 4 months while I was pregnant with my 2nd child. I was on bcp at the time, too. Thankfully, my body showed other signs of being pregnant, so I took a test and was surprised. If you think you could possibly be pregnant, take a test. If that doesn't answer your questions, then go see your doctor. Good luck either way!
