For any communication vocablulary is most important. The best communicator is a person who knows the meaning of vast number of words. Therefore to increase this read a lot. Firstly ready the daily newspaper from the beginning till the end. Read all types of books , classics, novels, hitorical , romance etc etc. Then you have to get over stage fright. This can be done by you talking in front of the mirror and practicing it. Also keep on thinking while you are talking about what you are going to say next. Lastly but never the least hear with great concentration an analyse what the opposite person is saying to you and reply accordingly to him in such a way that he likes it that all.

Practice talking to yourself in the mirror with a made up script.
Buy a cassette tape or video tape on the subjects and use them!
Practice practical dialogue's with someone. Phone up stores and ask about their products,after writing everything down that's a good idea to ask them.
