I have a new roomie who I like as a person but I've recently realized she has this habit of not flushing the toilet after herself. I personally find that to be gross but don't know how I should approach the subject and ask her to start flushing.

If you are comfortable with her you could joke about it... or be creative and make a cute sign in the bathroom that says "flush me" with a smiley face or something goofy but to the point. Keep it light - but that would bug the hell out of me too.
Or... if you guys have company sometime, after they leave - if the toilet is not flushed say something like "Ew, someone forgot to flush, that is such a huge pet peeve of mine" Then you don't directly blame her and she won't feel like she has to get defensive or embarrassed, but she'll probably make a mental note to be careful.

Just tell her that every once a week we will alternate cleaning the toilets and then a week later tell her she is leaving her shot unflushed and she should really use the flush since its there for a purpose!!! Once you open the subject, then you can after a short while raise it directly with her without surprising her. If you like her as a person then really its a flaw in her up-bringing and you will be doing her a favour by pointing it out to her!!!

Others are classic 2 guy or woman rooms with a tub down the corridor. locate out relating to the countless dorms your college has to furnish and the form of scholars assigned in line with room. in case you're a studious female who takes her study heavily your college would have a "learn dorm" the place you will room with appropriate youthful women folk. good success! college is plenty extra effective than intense college!

Just say to her, "I hate it when I forget to flush the toilet, it is so gross!!!!" She'll get the picture........Take care.........

make a stand there is no easy way to say this
if you cant do it personally write a note
leave it at your room mates bed
i also had this problem but i am bold i tell exactly what i felt
people like your room mate are so impolite and immature tell it to them

There's only one way to handle this. You need to sit down and set some guide lines with her. She's not 10 anymore, and this isn't acceptable.
