it depends on what you want to do I run the 60 meter dash and the 40 meter dash at school and I really like it. if you do sprints you should jog around your block and this will help you and do some sprints like run your fastes around your block or race somebody. remember to always stretch so u do not pull a muscle. sorry I have no training for field events but just be careful please because at school there was this boy who was doing pole volt and the thing you put the ball on fell on his head and his head started bleeding and he had to go to the emergency room.

what age? still in school join the track team, not in school go to your local track team and sign up it's not gonna be free though, or you can ask around the local track team there may be ex athletes who may not be doing it anymore but still want to be involved, miss the sport, give back, pass on knowledge.
