When me and my husband got married 12 years ago we went to Disneyland. I thought it was the most romantic/fun. Then on our 10th anniversary we went to BoraBora that was very romantic. plan something that your wife to be loves. does she like moutains, ocean, forest, beach, see a travel agent and put together a package. if $ is tight what about a nice hotel room and put alot of candles and rose petals on the bed in a shape of a heart. you can do that for alot less than a trip and it's something very memorable and romantic

Two weeks?! What does this woman like? You must know her a little bit?

If you've only got 2 weeks to plan, perhaps you'll have a short honeymoon and therefore maybe not go away too far. Sometimes you get a big change from where you are without going too far.

Is your lady romantic? Would she want to be alone with just you? Or would she like, for instance to go gambling in LasVegas?

This being Fall, a nice bed and breakfast in the country would be pleasant. That would appeal to me.

I'd stay away from airports, not so much that they are not safe it's just that they are a big hassle and why waste all your time hanging around airports and riding in a crowded airplane.

Then maybe you'd just want to go to a nice hotel in a big city, even it's the one you live in? Would tourist things appeal to your lady? Fine dining?

Would it be better to do a simple over night downtown since your time is so short and then together plan a nice peaceful romantic event for six months from now, or your first anniversary.

I hope where she wants to be is wherever you are and all will be well whatever you decide. Have a good life.

Your best bet is to consult and discuss your honeymoon plans with her! Don't you think her needs are more important than any others'? You plan a honeymoon to meet both your needs, right?

I love the idea of Europe. It is romantic and intimate.
