Used to be a Lamaze Teacher and this definately sounds like Braxton Hicks contractions. Your body is simply practicing the real contractions. The good thing about this is that they can actually do some good to your cervix, which is what dilates so that your baby can eventually travel down the vaginal canal. It also can thin your cervix which needs to be paper thin for you to deliver. You may also start seeing your mucus plug soon, which tends to look like snot ( I know gross!). Sometimes during Braxton Hicks it helps to drink water and walk. A good rule of thumb is if the contraction pain (or your cramping) only last for approximatley 30 seconds then it's just Braxton Hicks. If you begin having these pains on a regular basis and they start lasting longer in length and quicker in duration then it would be time to go get checked by your physician or Labor/Delivery. The main importance is to continue feeling your baby move. If she moves at least once in an 8 hour period than you are doing good. Congratulations and good luck!

Probably Braxton Hicks ( false contractions) If they cannot be timed and come and go irregularly,I wouldn't worry to much. Even though they are called false contractions, they do help your body prepare for labor.
The cramping is normal. Your body is getting ready for delivery. You could be dialating a bit, too. They do not mean you will go early, although technically it is possible for you to deliver anytime. 2 weeks early is not that uncommon.
Just make sure you have your bags ready to. If the cramps get extremely painful,I would call the Dr. or go to labor and delivery and get checked out to make sure everything is fine.
Good Luck and Congrats.

Sounds like you are experiencing Braxton Hicks contractions, which are exceedingly common and nothing to worry about, and do not mean you will have the baby sooner than expected. It is good to hear that your baby is active, which probably means nothing to worry about, but if you are concerned then you should certainly check in with your midwife or doctor.
Happy birthing!

I even do not understand why you're unhappy and damage that your cousin were given pregnant, it makes no sense. i ought to be certain in case you've been unhappy and damage for the youngster, yet you're unhappy and damage for your self probable because you worry a lot less interest will be paid to you. i'd advise waiting many years and gaining some adulthood. you do not seem waiting to change right into a be certain yet. Being a be certain isn't about being self dependent or about needing interest and it really is more beneficial then a truck load of work and duty for a lengthy time period.

They're Braxton Hicks! Don't be alarmed unless they happen on a regular basis and don't go away after you walk for an hour or sit in bath water for 1/2 an hour.

I had HORRIBLE cramps the last couple months of my pregnancy- my doctor said that they were most likely a mixture of braxton-hicks contractions and the baby positioned on muscles. My daughter was also very active in my belly- she thought my bladder was a trampoline :) But hang in there, and if you really have some concern, please, ask your doctor. And CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!!

If you are ever concerned, always call your doctor.
Now as everyone has said they are prob. braxton hicks. It felt like my belly was tightening more than pain (my experience)
I hope praying blessings on you and the baby :)
