In 1927 Sanger helped organize the first World Population Conference in Geneva. In 1942, after several organizational mergers and name changes, Planned Parenthood Federation came into being.

Margaret Sanger was a bigot and racist who started Planned Parenthood as an effort to cull the black race. She was open about her distaste for blacks and her opinion that their reproduction should be controlled for them, by whites. Even today, Planned Parenthood aborts far more black, hispanic or oriental babies than white babies. Their 'counseling' methods probably contain subtle bias and encourage blacks and other nonwhites to abort more often. If you search on her name and 'racism' or 'bigotry' you will find the facts to back up what I have said here.
