It's Moviepitch.com. The guy who runs it regularly has meetings with Hollywood big wigs and is known for just pitching ideas. He's been recently featured in Entertainment Weekly so it's probably not a scam.

There's no one site to send movie ideas to (as far as I know).
If you just have an idea, then try contacting a studio by email.
If you have a script, try finding an agent.
If you have a video, post it on Youtube.

I don't but if you get an answer I would like to know. My son is doing an independent film and it would help.
