If aliens arrived here from another planet and took up residents in the U.S. without letting anyone know, would they be considered illegal aliens. Or is that just something reserved for our neighbors???

If some thing isn't done soon "our neighbors" , our neighbors will own our house. LOL I Grandmother came though Ellis Island. I don't think it's right that because you can walk to the U.S., that you should not have go though what she had to. That shows no respect to the legal aliens!

Anyone, or any other-world being, NOT born in the U.S.,and not going thru the process to become an American is considered an illegal.

Yes, they'd be considered illegal if they took up residence in this country. In fact, it would be illegal for anyone else to even -talk- to them, or be in the same town with them... (Well, 'illegal' in the sense of 'the government can lock you up for a long time for doing it.')

There would have to be new international laws regarding people visiting from other planets. Because I'm sure aliens from other planets would have to get visas to visit Earth.

If the aliens are human beings and have the same characters of human behaviour and philosophy, we should consider them as based on humanitarian laws, if they dangerous to human society they should be considered as enemies of the world and be treated as like terrorism.
