5 monkies, 6 elephants, 7 boats, 8 puppies, 9 kittens, 10 homes for the people in new orleans :(, 11 cars for ppl who ride the bus (random ppl), 12 clothing stores that give away clothing to homeless ppl, 13 factories to give unemployed ppl jobs, 13 xbox 360's for those children who are dying to have one, 14 five thousand dollar checks for the chinese ppl ( gotta take care of your home country). 15 seven thousand check for the starving ppl in africa........lmao how much money do i get here again whoo im on a roll lol. 16 houses for family members, 17 computer mouses lol i lose those like crazy, 18 shirt buttons lol those too, 19 paper plates never have enough paper plates, and finally 20 stacks of cards for the biggest pagoda EVER!!!!!!. hells yeah lol im done

Some countries will pay the money back and that makes them look good for long term investors, and builds trust instutions for the people, and forgien investors. Yet, pariahs in Argentina did not pay back investors when they deflauted on loans given, and did not have the trasnpracy to tell the public how the money was spent and why. Goverments a lot of times will sell older debt, and refianance the debt at lower payment rates when possible. The economy becomes more efficent then paying the debt becomes easier, but some countries are in a trickle since they misspent the money, and the public is not disclosed the amount of bad pratices the goverment been praticing over the years. Sometimes, the debt payments are harsh and soical programs need to be cut to pay off debts, but then again what is goverment spending the money on? If it to feed a inefficent state enterprises, and buying guns with limited budgets then its risky social unrest. There no black and white answers to your questions, but the thing to think about is always repay past loans or debts because people are more willing to invest in a country that pays its bills on time, and doesnt burn them on thier investments.

Who would say an original money machine? That would be absolutely worthless, however winter is coming, i mean but you could use it for spare parts. I would buy every item of clothing on the planet and blast them off into space. Then the whole world would have to exist naked and that would be fun for all.

I would buy the Chicago Bulls, White Sox and Bears so i could get the best seat in the house and so I could bring back MJ in whatever role he wanted. A house for me and certain members of my family.My boyfriend and I would have the perfect wedding.Then I would have my tubal reversal sergery done and have another baby with my new husband!I would send my children to the best schools.I would also adopt a sibling group from my boyfriends country!Dress my family in the finest clothes.I would also buy a new car for me and certain members of my family.My family and I would also travel to exotic places every three months!

I would pay for house repairs for the elderly and poor that i see everyday, have their houses cleaned, and updated for their comfort. I would help them to pay for medications and groceries. I saw a proud vet driving a beat up old truck and i wanted so bad to take him to a dealer and get him a new truck and say Thank-You for protecting our country. Sorry but i see so much need in the USA and yet i can only do so little as that's all i can afford to do.

I would pay All my bills off. Buy 700 acraes of land build my dream home. Build my mom and uncle a home. Build my 2 bothers both a home. Build a home for my friend Sheila and her family. Build a Church. Build my own store and run it. Plenty of deer to hunt and ponds to fish. Donate to the needed. Build a Shelter for the homeless and feed and cloth them. I would bless others the way God blessed me.
