He's taking it where? I don't know about the truck, but he certainly can take your license away--the Department of Motor Vehicles people would think whatever reason he gave was justified, and the more you complained the more they would think you were just rebellious and likely to get into trouble, traffic trouble!

I dont think that he can if the title is under your name because legally you own it. I dont really think it matters who makes the payments if the paper work is in your name. I live in a different state so it might be different in Mass. I've been down this road oh so many times before...

If the title is really in your name then he can't legally sell the vehicle. If you are screwing up, although it's your vehicle, I agree with him "taking" the vehicle away. If you were my kid, I'd do the same. You are not mature enough to handle life and he's there help you, whether you agree or not.
Grow up a little and things will get better.

That's a totally messed up reason. I don't think he can take your car away if he didn't pay for it. I mean, if it's under YOUR name it's YOUR property, but if he paid for it and considering your a minor, yeah it's pretty much his until you're 18.
It's okay, I feel for you, I live in NY and thanks to the rules, psh I can't really drive until I'm 17-18, that's not for another year.

Depends on who really paid for it. If you were working a job or watev, then no he can't. Unless, however, the court mandates that he owns you... in which case you have no power. Actually, you have none of the cool rights until your 18. Sorry bro, no truck for you.

He provides a roof for you to live under, food for you to eat, probably pays for your truck insurance, and puts up with your crap. Buddy, he can ground you from driving that truck no matter who owns it. Just work on the website, deal with it and stop your whining!

Maybe not legally, but if you live under his roof and are failing in school or doing something else wrong that could get you in to trouble he has the right to.

if he co-signed for the loan to buy the truck is something you have to consider too.
if he did, you and him alike, are responsible for the truck.
