I distract myself by journaling, reading or listening to the bible, and/or listening to Christian music. These are the three top things that help distract me and relax me during difficult times.

Personally i get really smashed n listen to my fave music.... then the next day when my brain has had a day off, i try to hit the prob with logic n common sense. i find that if i give my brain an R.D.O. then i can deal with the situation alot better because i am focused on the subject at hand not the stress n bulls**t that goes along with it

Well. Thats a great question my friend. It happenes to everyone now and then. Life can be confusing and full of hurtful things. It will help you to read some of the bible and see the good things. Soon all the bad things will be behind you and you can then go forward.

THE ONLY THING THAT WORKS REALLY IS TOO JUST PUT SOMETHING IN YOUR MIND CALED A BLOCK-- TRY BLOCKING OUT CERTAIN THINGS THAT WOUKD NORMALLY DRIVE YOU UP A WALL IN EVERDAY LIFE, HEY IF I HAD TO LISTENN TOO SOME OR HALF OF THE BUL THAT PEOPLE DISH OUT I WOULD HAVE JUMPED OUT A 22 STORY WINDOW A LONG TIME AGO HONS , SEEUOUSLY, AS YOU GET OLDER THIS IS THE WAY TOO GO11

just try to accept yourself as you are, no one is perfect, we all have struggles...sometimes it seems as if those difficult things never lighten up or go away, but eventually you learn to accept them for what they are and live with it...just go with the flow and be an optimist, try to make the best out of every situation! see the glass as half full and not half empty

a lot of things in my life started going not-so-great for me. so i did two things:
1. i started reminding myself of all the GOOD things in my life. i have a wonderful family who loves me, the best friends a person could ask for, and yes, even though things aren't all going my way, my life is good overall. if you start looking for all the bad things, life starts to get pretty depressing. but if you think of all the good things you have, the bad thing start to look like minor blips.
2. i mellowed out. i don't let stupid stuff get to me anymore. i used to be outraged if i had to sit in traffic for a long time, but now if i'm in a traffic jam, i just sit back and enjoy the time i have to myself. i stopped feeling like life was one big rush and instead i slowed down and started enjoying it. don't take life so seriously, have fun with it, mellow out a little! trust me, you will see the difference in every aspect of your life.
