Is it normal for your foreskin to be attached to your frenlum. I cant really explain it, but when you see pictures, the frenlum is from the head to the shaft, mine is like attached to the foreskin, so i cant really retaract it that much. Do I have phismosis or whatever that is called? What should i do about it, or is it normal

I think it is better to see a doctor about it

The foreskin is normally supposed to be attached to the frenulum and the frenulum is supposed to be attached to the bottom of the glans (penis head). It's possible that you have a short frenulum which makes the frenulum look bigger as the foreskin can't be retracted fully.

You have phimosis if the opening of your foreskin is too small to retract all the way. If this is the case, you can stretch the opening of your foreskin as far as it'll go without pain, like making its radius bigger, for a few minutes each day for a few weeks. If this doesn't work there are prescription creams and other alternatives, though this will almost certainly fix it.

If your frenulum is too short then you can stretch it out slowly I think, just be slow retracting the foreskin further and further back (again as far as it'll go without pain or soreness). You could probably just hold it there to keep it in the "stretched state." It's kind of weird, but look at the link. In any case, it's not not normal.

My boyfriend had the same problem. His foreskin wouldn't pull back all the way. Is that what's going on with you? It's fine now. I don't know how. He thinks it was having sex that stretched it out.

See a doctor as he/she is the only one with enough knowledge to correct the problem.
