Willamette Valley, Oregon. Beautiful Views and very many trees. Not a ton of pollution. Healthy enviorment. Surrounded by many state/national forests. One catch for those that hate rain....it's a temp. rain forest

my town is built inside a (supposedly) 2 million yr. old crater hole. it's definitely a crater, but i don't know how long it's been here. we get all 4 seasons here, it's nice but i don't care for winter here, it gets dark too early. i think i would recommend living in texas, it is a very nice place.

San Anselmo, CA (SF bay area) is a very attractive town of 12,000 but it is inordinately expensive!!
