i'd make a day when authority figures (principles, mayors, priests, presidents, etc) had to sit in a chair and listen to everyone that wants to rant at them for 5 minutes.
how sweet would it be to just sit someone down and explain to them why they suck? BUT, you can only yell at them for things they did directly.
i.e. - you can only yell at priests for raping kids if they actually did, you cant just go haywire on all priests. who would you rant about? what would your holiday be?

Reverse war day.
On that day all wars stop, cease and desist all action. Everyone on all sides put down the weapons. Now, all of the leaders and heads of state that have warring nations....go fight it out.

this question is really interesting, but well why only make it a holiday when you can choose to do it everyday ey!
well for me a holiday where in you are allowed to act crazy and say or do just what you really think without thinking about what others would say
if you are married you can get any man or woman you like and kiss them
if you do not like to eat lunch at lunchtime then you can do so
a holiday wherein you need not wear a uniform
you need not do what they expect you to do
you can shout at the library at the top of your lungs
you can go eat anywhere you like without paying
you can destroy a hotel room without paying for it
and others will allow you too , only for one day there will be no charges
a holiday where you can do the insane stuff and things youve always wanted to do
you can eat while your teacher is in front discussing a topic
or more there will be no classes for that day
a holiday of freedom where you can loiter on the streets you can do almost everything except murder someone else
if you are a priest you can make out with a nun
any insanity inside our head that we have always wanted to do but others wont let us or society wont let us do
that would be my insane holiday

Peace giving awareness day
every one goes out and buys some thing, a towel, or any thing, it dont matter, then you wrap it and you have to knock on a strangers door and give them the gift.
then you talk, and you've made a new friend.
perhaps all the hate would at some point disappear
