The cheapest barber is myself I cut my own hair I used to be a cosmetologist person who does all sorts of hair, nails , pedicures, manicures I did all them but now I went to be a pediatric nurse have been for 13 years now and enjoy it..

actually its in macountry in lebanon and its not cheap but its cheap according to amrica because in lebanon u can cut ur hear b paying 4$ and 7$ but ofcourse the 74is more good so we r waiting for u!!lolbtw u can go by plane and but a ticket of 2000$ ticket only to save 5 dollars funny isn it!!

u shld go to academy, or schools were barbers/stylists are trained.
it helps them learn as they practice and u get a good price. don't worry, thr supervisors make sure they don't do anything bad for ur hair. good luck.

Kindergarten..I know of quite a few preschoolers who cut their own hair for free.The good thing about it is at least it will grow back.:D
