Eat normal foods! Have pasta, salads, fish, yogurt, things that are actually good for your body. Eat 3 meals a day. Stop eating fast food. Stop snacking between meals. Stop having chips and soda with every meal. Exercise 3-5 times a week. Drink water. Stop looking for magic diets to help you lose weight and use common sense. That's all it is.

Many people have trouble with losing weight sometimes. You may want to make a few small life style changes as well as dieting. Here are a few ideas that have worked for me.
1. Eat three nutritious meals and three snacks everyday. Cut out junk food. You probably need about 1500 to 1800 calories a day.
2. Drink lots of water - at least 8 big glasses a day. Stop drinking soda.
3. Begin a simple weight lifting program at home or go to a gym if that is possible for you. Ordinary household items (tins of soup, for example) can serve as weights for beginners. Invest in a sensible weight training book. Any large book store will have several.
4. Buy yourself a pedometer and aim for 10,000 steps a day.
5. Record everything you eat and all your exercise to make sure you have a "calorie deficit". Two of the sites I've included will help you do that.
6. Park at the back of the parking lot instead of close to the door. Always use stairs - never the elevator or escalator.
7. A mini stepper is an easy piece of equipment to have at home and gives great results. I bought mine at a second hand store for $4.
I hope these thoughts help. Good luck with it.

First of all, you need to asses your health. If you're a normal female and you're a little overweight what you need to do is find out what your normal weight should be and that will be your goal. Then its a simple answer: HARD work. If you want fast results (without risking your health) you need to do excersise and eat smaller portions. If you're not concerned much about time, then smaller portions is the answer. And please do not risk your health just to look good for others. Just eat a balanced diet, that will give you the fuel you need to keep up with your lifestyle.

If your weight gain is due to high insulin production (hyperinsulinemia) inducing as hypoglycemia (low blood sugar), as mine did, then the info at www.hufa.org may help you chose a diet that can help cut your cravings for food while balancing your blood sugar.

I don't know if this is healthy but what works for me was when I don't eat
anything after 6pm.
I just drink water when I'm hungry.
