"Whoever mutilates, cuts, defaces, disfigures, or perforates, or unites or cements together, or does any other thing to any bank bill, draft, note, or other evidence of debt issued by any national banking association, or Federal Reserve bank, or the Federal Reserve System, with intent to render such bank bill, draft, note, or other evidence of debt unfit to be reissued, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than six months, or both. "

gitchy bitchy is retarded.. its not illegal unless you take it off the after you have defaced from paint or glue and pass it on... what i mean is... if you take a 100 dollar bill and burn who gives a ****.. oyu be dumb to do it... nothing illegal there.. but if take a bill and burn the face off franklin and give it to me for tender.. then its illegal because you have defaced it and used it as tender... so read this below carefully...

yes you should not do this because you can get locked up in a Fed Pen for this.I would not do it and anyway what kind of a job you got that lets you put money up on a wall anyway?
