The movie didnt make much money on its released and if you go to the yahoo movies page you see that is gonna be out on dvd in october is this correct?? if you do searches in other movie sites they have to movies titled The Covenant coming out in octover 3rd and the other in the 26th...... Is this correct? anyone have any info on this>??

The DVD releases are coming out closer to the theatrical releases in order to reduce the demand for pirated copies.

It most likely is. Probably like you said, not enough people went to go see it. The movie sucked. I didn't even have to see it to know it did. It was meant to attract all the simple minded "subculture" kids. 'Nuff said.
