El Paso, TX it is very diverse, we have mexico right next to us. Cd Juarez Chihuahua is here. He have Fort bliss here in the city and there are ppl from alot of diffrent places. Then we have the university, UTEP also known as Texas Western from the movie Glory Road. The cost of living is very low and the job outlook is good, but you need to be specific to what kind of job.
