I believe ure asking in relevance to pregnancy. If you check the website, it willtell u the safe times you can have sexual intercourse without the risk of getting pregnant. It will give you the natural methods and not pills, or the use of comdoms.

you can have sex before,during(ewww), or after period, but the good thing is that during these times(before,durning,few days after) you can't get pregnant, even if your partner cums inside you..
