Perhaps it's not that deep. Perhaps it simply means that they are vulgar, ignorant and desperate for a attention? Not a big stretch to say that they probably want to be in the next "Girls With Low Self Esteem" video (aka "Girls Gone Wild") flashing there little boobies and acting like porno queens?
