Since the element has 8 protons, irrespective of the number of neutrons, it is Oxygen.
Number of neutrons shows us how heavy it is , and whether it is the most abundant isotope.
In this case, the element is oxygen-15. (mass no= protons+neutrons = 8+7=15).
