due to the weather changing so differently I was wondering if the ozone has anything to do with how people are towards the weather.

I am not an expert on ozone, but I used to work in a radioactive environment that produced ozone as a by product and then vented the gases outdoors. All of the cars that were parked near the ozone exhaust pipe had ruined all the plastic seals on their cars. The seals around the window and doors. Ozone speeds up the degradation of plastic. Some people think ozone is helpful for the body. I enjoy the smell of ozone. Makes me feel good.

The ozone layer has been being destroyed by aerosols and burning of fossil fuels. The breaks in the ozone layer are what cause people to get terrible sunburns and skin cancer.

Ozone is O3 and it is poisonous to people and animals.
