I used baby oil and I think Vaseline when I was pregnant and did not have any stretch marks after my babies were born. I don`t know how you would get rid of stretch marks. They say Merderma is good. Its rather expensive and you can buy it at Walmarts....and I believe Palmers cocoa butter is good too..Good Luck to you....

Speaking for myself (have stretch marks on my sides from become quite tall quite fast), I have had good success with ordinary spackling compound. Of course, you can't move, but you look ok.
