Well I'm going to try to help you. I don't know how much different the V220 is from the Razor. But here it goes...

1. Go to your message center (where you go to send text messages)

2. click creat new message

3. click on New Picture message

4. then either on your left or right bottom side of the screen you should have an option where it says to add an image (insert) click that and select a picture you want... (if you want you can compose a message under it)

5. then at the bottom when you insert a picture it should say send or like mine it says " ok" click that

6 now its asking you to whom are you sending this too you are going to click "one time entry"

and thennnnn...

7. instead of numbers you want to switch the number options to letters for mine thats my # key and you should see on the left side of where it says "to:" little buttons changes as you press # when you see abc1 thats letters and start entering your email address... number 1 has the @ and the . and then when your done entering your email click send and....... then check your email and it should be there.

I hope this helped :D I hope its not all that different from the razor I mean they are both motorolas. Good luck.

For this you can only use a USB device becuase Moto v220 doesn't have a bluetooth connectivity so you have to buy a USB device and you will get a manual with it that will further giude you about how to use it.
Thanks

You first need to get a copy of the Motorola Mobile Phone Tools and a cable to connect your phone to the PC.
Then it all gets obvious.
