You can keep rabbits year-round. Summertime needs a bit of care for you have to shade them. Their coats provide almost all the protection they need to survive in winter, if kept outside all year long. If you only want to have a rabbit for a season, see if someone needs their pet watched, making sure you understand the needs fully before you do so.

All seasons. What you get a pet rabbit and come a certain season you give it away? I have had rabbit for all 4 seasons..I don't get your question

haha.. your question was pretty funny, and you've got some interesting answers.
i sincerely hope that it was a typo, and you mean the best "reason" to keep a pet, and not the best "season", coz a pet is for all seasons, and it's with you thru thick and thin.
so i don't think there's any best season for a pet.

If you're only looking to have a pet for one season, don't even bother. All you'll end up doing is traumatizing the animal.
