you should definetly only wear black or none! If the pantyhose have a crotch panel, then none is necessary...

The question is how thick is the outfit you are wearing over the panties and panty hose. If you are wearing just those then wear the panties over the hose - I do it helps keep them up instead of slipping down as they now have the cotton crotch area so you are less apt to get yeast infections. I try to match my color of my undies to my outfits so that they do not show up through the clothing.
You can tell by my photo I am a good Auntie and would never want to embarass my nephew in public like I did to my boyfriend by wearing a dark colored undie set out to a night club in a light colored white dress that it showed through under the lighting such that we had to go home so I could change.

Either black sheer thongs or nude colored ones or best none at all. Most panty hose have a pantie in them.

I don't wear panties under "panty"hose. That's kind of like wearing a dress over a skirt.

if you are in warm climate, then none, if colder climate black, if you are on a date with a hot guy lose the nylons and go to tanning salon darken up those babies and run free, that would be the ultimate hotness
