I saw Jimmi play in the courtyard at the University of Toledo in 1970 - 72, in an impromptu concert of him playing solo. He was visiting someone attending there and set his small amp down, plugged in and began to make it cry. It was incredible!

Definitely someone I am looking forward to meeting in the sweet by&by...Phenominal talent, stellar artist...Makes me sad I did not get to see him live... Listen to him all the time in between The Doors and Iron Butterfly... Does not get any better than Jimi... STILL captivating people after all this time...
