This is insane. I've never heard of such a thing. Try going to the school board in your area and get it straight from the big guys.

well first of all, I'd say your education is more importantthat hanging around for one whole year. Even if you fight and win you might have missed out of an entire year which is a lot. So, what you can do is go to another school but find out whny you were turned down from this one. Most schools have rules and regulations according to which they accept school, schools they prefer to have new students from, etc. See if you can find other students who have joined and what their qualifications are. You can't be the only person with this problem. If you are, you are been discriminated.

They don't want you to go there and show them up. Public schools are horribly inadequate. Your best bet is to go get a GED. At your level you should be able to pass easily. Why waste two more years in school. Start college and get a real education.

Talk to your parents and if nothing changes with the school you may want to contact your County School Board or State Department of Education to get some answers.

you were asking serious questions and expecting serious answers. You obviously don't belong in one. Mostly anyone who has a choice doesn't go to one. I rode busses at one point in life for 2 hours EACH WAY to avoid going to one. I'm glad I did. Most people don't get a choice. All 3 of my siblings went to public schools and they turned out mostly ok though.

If they refuse to let you in just take your GED right away. Start college early and get a head start.

that's a load of crap. if it's a public school, it should be open to EVERYBODY who can pay for it! take your parents to talk about it, then if that doesn't change anything, talk to the superintendant of schools or law enforcement.
