you are in grave **** if you are wondering what the minimum age is...go get a life!
But for your info:
The minimum age to get married is 15 in Kansas. This legislation can be waived only by a district court judge who thinks that getting married at such a young age would be in that individual's best interest.
Teens who are 16 or 17 years old need to obtain one of the following in order to get married in Kansas:

Obtain parental or legal guardian permission and judicial consent.

Receive permission from both parents or legal guardian.

If the minor's parents are dead, or if there is no legal guardian, permission must be received from a judge.

It varies from state to state ... here's the statute for Kansas:

"No clerk or judge shall issue a license authorizing the marriage of any person under the age of 18 years without the express consent of such person's father, mother or legal guardian and the consent of the judge unless consent of both the mother and father and any legal guardian or all then living parents and any legal guardian is given in which case the consent of the judge shall not be required."

United States: Usually 18. Most states, however, allow marriage at a younger age with parental and/or judicial consent. Some states allow marriage at a still younger age if the female is pregnant. (Nationally, few marry under the age of twenty.)

It depends on the state, I think. Here is WA state, I think 16 with parental consent, 18 otherwise.

Check google.
