Unfortunately, if you deleted it from your 'inbox' and the 'trash' bin - you're probably only going to find it in the 'SENT' file on the computer that originated the email.
It's still someplace in hyper space unless it's been written over with new code, but finding it would be a job for Superman.

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but it's gone. The only way you can get it would be to contact the person who sent it to you and ask them to send you another copy; if that's possible.
