you have to live in CALIFORNIA near WEST COAST CUSTOMS!!..VIDEO TAPE A REEEEEALLY BAD CAR..UGLY CAR..than SEND IT TOO MTV..MAKE SURE U SEND TWO COPIES..and than maybe u will get picked!!..XZIBIT WILL PICK U!!!
