Let's say the island is about 5 square miles, fairly dense woodland, good terrain for building. And you have the "Bill Gates" amount of money. You can do anything with the island. Anything! Please post answers! =)

I would trick as many pedophiles as I could into going to it, set up lots of nice expensive cameras from all angles, let loose some wild animals that had been starved for a few days and then I would throw a party at a fancy fancy Hotal with all the fanciest foods and wines and invite all my friends to watch the gorey mess. Then I would sell the tape and make even more money

If i had an island i would make it a 5 star first class only private resort (like Dave Copperfield's). $50,000 a night and it includes 24 hour complete service, and your own personal assistant, a jet and top notch gourmet service, a spa and watergames and anything else they would desire from anywhere in the world.

I'd build a nice house, with guest houses for my friends and family.
I'd build a marina for boats, and an airstrip for small planes.
I'd also open a sanctuary for unwanted companion animals, where they would be fed, watered, and cared for. I'd have camps for kids, where they would learn to be responsible for animals. I'd also open an animal hospital to care for unwanted companion animals who were injured or whose owners couldn't afford vet care.
