No problem
you might have updated the yahoo toolbar. The new yahoo toolbar doesn't have the usual yahoo anti-spy, but has the Norton Antispy. You can download it. Norton Anti spy is completely free, and donot confuse it with Norton security 30 day trial( which includes Norton antivirus and many other programs)
Or
u can download the Yahoo toolbar with the old anti-spy from http://www.download.com/3000-2379-10503659.html , bcoz it is not available in yahoo site now, they changed it 2 norton antispy( First uninstall the norton antispy, from add-remove programs)
The best antispyware program is still Spybot-Search and Destroy. You'll get it at http://www.download.com/Spybot-Search-Destroy/3000-8022_4-10401314.html?tag=lst-0-1.
and Ad Aware SE is good too, download it from http://www.download.com/Ad-Aware-SE-Personal-Edition/3000-8022_4-10399602.html?tag=pop
Or if u really want 2 use both Norton Antispy and yahoo antispy, try downloading Mozilla Firefox.Latest Yahoo toolbar for mozilla firefox include the yahoo antispy, not norton. Latest Yahoo toolbar for Internet explorer include Norton antispy, which is gud, but takes more time in scanning.

John, i will't rather answer your question in case you have already tried the upload/eliminate section. in spite of the fact that I actual have heard that Yahoo's anti undercover agent is basically no stable. i could propose Spybot seek and injury. it rather is great, loose anti spyware. My laptop repairman tells me that Norton Anti virus takes up a multitude of memory on your laptop. i could propose advert conscious SE Plus. it is likewise loose. each application that I pronounced to you will immediately installation a working laptop or laptop icon at an identical time because it rather is downloading.

right click your toolbar and there you would see option for your anti-spyware just clik on it otherwise try to click on ">>" at the far right end corner of the toolbar and there you would have a list of programmes to choose to be shown on your toolbar.
GOOD LUCK!

Go to control panel and remove the Norton. I am not sure which anti-spyware you had, but go to the site and re-install it.
