Dude, keep doing it. Masturbation=good. If you have like a problem where you masturbate 100 times a day, then you need to slow down, but completely stopping, why?

If you really want to stop masturbation, take a cold shower whenever you have a need. Or you should keep yourself busy so that you will not have time to think.

yes, by merely abstaining and resisting the urge to masturabate, but why would you want to stop pleasruing yourself. "once a masturbator, always a masturbator." no shame, no quilt; just enjoy the experience of controlling how and when you get off by your own accord.

Only if you have a willing girlfriend or if you die,assuming you don't have a medical excuse such as impotence. I don't know how true this is but I've heard that by exercising your seminal vesicals you can possibly reduce the chances of prostate problems. Again it is only something I heard.

no...don't even try...seriously...i tried a couple times before and the longest i lasted was maybe a week at the most...dude it's like harder than quitting smoking...u get the urge...and ur not gonna stop it...and why would u want to try anyways...but yeah good luck!
