If you are sweating a lot get an anti-perspirant, not sure that's spelled right and spell check was no help. There is a difference between that and deoderant.

Mitchum, Lady Speed Stick, or Arm and Hammer. Watch out for Mitchum though, if you have sensetive skin it may irritate it. Lady Speed Stick always works well for me and its one of the less expensive brands. If you have a really bad BO problem there is prescription deoderant you can get. Oh and never use that Toms of Maine natural deoderant, its does not work for anything. It does not stop you from sweating, and it wear off fast and you start to smell bad in like 4 hours.

Take a really long shower scrubbing yourself practically raw -everywhere-. Especially where the sun don't shine and your arm pits. And then when you get out put on some clothes and head to the store. I'd try an actual teenager like deoderant or something. Experiment with different kinds until you find one that works for you.

I think just stay clean. Wash if you get too sweaty or smelly.

I like the way a little sweat smells on a healthy person.
